We have partnered with the State of Virginia, the Charlottesville/ Albemarle Technical Education Center and Piedmont Virginia Community College masonry apprenticeship program to help create the next generation of masons.
M3, Inc. strives to better it's employees by offering continuing education classes at CATEC and PVCC Construction academy. We will fund the tuition and the books/study materials for our employees with the agreement that the employee will achieve a passing grade. Our commitment to our employees is proven by our long term staff and our extremely low turn over rate.
